You are: a user of our services
This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and NAGY Co., Ltd. Please read the Agreement carefully before registering for the Traditionalthailady and/or Traditionalthailadies services. By registering for Traditionalthailady and/or Traditionalthailadies, you become a member of the Service (a "Member"), and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement (the "Terms") for as long as you continue to be a Member. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not register for the Traditionalthailady and/or Traditionalthailadies services.
The terms are subject to change by NAGY Co., Ltd. at any time, effective without notice. Minors may not become members. When you register, and from time to time thereafter, NAGY Co. Ltd. will require that you provide sufficient information to indicate that you are at least 18 years old. By becoming a Member, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
Your participation in the Traditionalthailady and/or Traditionalthailadies services is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your account, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.

You agree that your profiles, messages or for a contributions do not containing offensive, potentially offensive, threatening or abusive remarks, or remarks which are in any way unfriendly, even if these are in response to unfriendly behavior.

Any violation of these terms warrants immediate termination of service. We also reserve the right to modify personal profiles or messages sent through our messaging system if it is deemed necessary.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
By registering the Member further acknowledges and agrees that by applying for or accepting membership to Traditionalthailady and/or Traditionalthailadies The Terms of Use of this web site shall be govern by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Kingdom of Thailand and the court of competent jurisdiction in Thailand will have exclusive jurisdiction in case of dispute.

NAGY Co. Ltd. does not warrant that your use of this service will be secure, uninterrupted, always available or error-free.
Profile Modification:
NAGY Co. Ltd. Reserves the right to modify or delete profiles that are judged to be inappropriate.

NAGY Co. Ltd. Owns and retains other proprietary rights in the Traditionalthailady and Traditionalthailadies services. The Service contains the copyrighted material and other proprietary information of NAGY Co. Ltd. For which you have been given permission, you will not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information. SERVICE TYPE
Service allows one to place their profile online, to view our references and receive all information about the Thai tradition. For the member paid our packages, you visit unlimited available Ladies profiles and unlimited email with translation forwarded between you and your ladies. Meet the Ladies with our staff assistance start has a Lotus member. You must be at least Lotus member to be able to meet your Lady. The present monthly fee is $ 39 US with multi-month options and services as low

Ltd. does not warrant that your use of the Traditionalthailady and or Traditionalthailadies service will be uninterrupted, always available, or error-free, or will meet your requirements, or that any defects in the service will be corrected. NAGY Co. Ltd. disclaims liability for no warranty is made with respect to, service, including coverage, range, or any interruption in service.
Price and Payment
All monies paid by you to us are non-refundable and cancellation and/or termination of this agreement by you or us at any time for any reason will not entitle you to a refund of monies paid. In the exception of certain promotion and for marketing reasons we deduce the amount already pay at the new price, in the case or the member makes an upgrade before the end period of his membership.

System Security
You agree that you will not, and will not allow any other person to, violate or attempt to violate any aspect of the security of the Installation;

If it is necessary for us to interrupt the Services then we may do so without telling you first.
You acknowledge that the Services may also be interrupted for reasons beyond our control.
You agree that we are not liable to you for any loss whether foreseeable or not, arising as a result of interruption to the Services.
